Strengthen, align, and energise with our fun and transformative yoga sessions. Our yoga classes offer a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. Designed to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and calm your mind, each session is thoughtfully crafted to help you connect with yourself and your well-being. Sessions will include asanas (poses), breathwork, and meditation, tailored to suit all levels and abilities. Expect a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where you can practice at your own pace and feel supported in your journey. Class details: Duration: 1 hour Cost: For Anytime Fitness Members only, bookable through the Anytime Fitness members app. Location: Anytime Fitness Dorchester Come as you are, wear suitable clothing, bring your mat, and step into a space dedicated to your growth and self-care. If you don't have a mat you will need to prebook one. Availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy
Class Policies for Yoga and Sound Bath Sessions To ensure a positive and supportive experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following class guidelines: Booking and Payment Pre-booking Required: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable. Arrival and Timing Arrive on Time: Please aim to arrive on time. If you’re a little late, quietly make your way into the session without disrupting others. Late Arrival Policy: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately, you won’t be admitted, as this can disturb the flow of the session. Health and Safety Pregnancy: Sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester. If you’re pregnant and wish to attend, please consult your medical professional beforehand. Pacemakers and Epilepsy: If you have a pacemaker or epilepsy, it’s advised to consult a medical professional before attending. Avoid body vibrational healing (e.g., bowls placed on the body). Current Injuries or Acute Pain: Please inform the instructor of any injuries or acute pain before the session. Modifications can be made to suit your needs. Personal Responsibility: Practice at your own pace and comfort level. Class Etiquette Respect the Space: While a respectful environment is important, feel free to talk and connect with others before and after class. During meditation or quiet parts of the session, please keep noise to a minimum to allow everyone to focus. Equipment: For soundbaths and restorative yoga, it’s recommended to bring your own cushions, blankets, or any items that add to your comfort. Limited equipment may be available upon request. Photography and Recording If promotional photos or videos are being taken during the session, the instructor will inform the class beforehand. If you don’t wish to be included, simply let the instructor know at the start of the session. Your preference will always be respected. Additional Notes Sound journeys and yoga sessions are designed to support your well-being. However, if you experience strong emotions or reactions during the session, know that this is normal and part of the process. Feel free to rest and seek support if needed.
