Booking Policy for Renewal Day Retreat Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot for the retreat. Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made after this time, as spaces are limited. Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please notify us of any transfer as soon as possible. Event Changes: We reserve the right to make adjustments to the schedule or content if necessary, ensuring an enriching experience for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
